Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: November 17, 2025

Welcome to the Art of Music Experience website (“Site”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

The Art of Music Experience (“AOM”) is a traveling exhibition hosted at various venues across the United States. All information on this Site is provided for general guidance about our exhibits, artwork, and events.

AOM does not sell tickets through this website, and there are no age restrictions for accessing the Site.

2. Photography & Videography

Guests are welcome to take personal photos and videos inside AOM exhibitions unless otherwise restricted by an individual venue. If a guest tags our official social media accounts, AOM may reshare the content on our own channels. By posting publicly and tagging AOM, guests grant us permission to do so.

3. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, logos, graphics, text, and other content featured on this Site or inside our exhibitions are the exclusive property of the Art of Music Experience and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
No content may be used, reproduced, distributed, or modified without written permission from AOM.

4. Guest Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, guests must follow these rules:

  • Touching artwork is strictly prohibited.

  • Outside food and beverages may or may not be allowed depending on the rules of the hosting venue.

  • Guests must follow all staff instructions and posted guidelines.

Because our exhibition travels, each venue may implement additional rules or restrictions. By attending, guests agree to comply with these venue-specific policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

By entering the exhibition or using this Site, guests acknowledge and agree that:

  • AOM is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  • Guests attend exhibitions and participate in activities at their own risk.

  • AOM is not liable for damages arising from use of the Site, including technical issues, inaccuracies, or temporary unavailability.

These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. External Venues & Third-Party Policies

Because AOM exhibitions are hosted at external venues, guests must adhere to all policies, safety rules, and procedures set by each venue. AOM is not responsible for any actions, decisions, or restrictions implemented by partner venues.

7. Merchandise

AOM does not sell any merchandise on this website.

8. Changes to These Terms

AOM may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
